Is Kaanan membership free?

Yes. Membership is completely free. You join with your mobile number so you can shop, receive updates, and enjoy weekly delivery.

Who can order?

Only registered Kaanan members can add products to cart and place orders. Anyone can browse the site and learn how Kaanan works.

How often are deliveries made?

Kaanan delivers on a weekly cycle — every Sunday (typically 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM) in Vile Parle East & West. Place your order during the open window (Monday 9:00 AM to Friday 7:00 PM) for that Sunday’s delivery.

When do weekly orders close?

Confirm by Friday 7:00 PM for that week’s Sunday delivery. Orders after the cutoff move to the following Sunday. Check the weekly banner on the site for the current cutoff and delivery date.

Can I order through WhatsApp?

WhatsApp is a convenient channel for reminders, confirmations, and delivery updates. You can also reach us there for help — membership and checkout still happen securely through Kaanan.

What payment methods are available?

Pay online via Cashfree (UPI, card, net-banking) or choose cash on delivery / cash at pickup. The ₹299 minimum applies to both. Cash orders cannot be cancelled after they are placed.

Can I modify an order?

You can update your cart while ordering is open. Once an order is placed and the weekly cutoff has passed, changes may not be possible as preparation begins.

What happens if a product is unavailable?

Availability is shown on each product. If something becomes unavailable before checkout, it won’t be charged. We’ll keep communications clear if anything changes.

Where does Kaanan deliver in Mumbai?

We currently deliver fresh organic vegetables and fruits in Vile Parle and selected nearby Mumbai suburbs. Share your pincode on the contact page and we’ll confirm delivery coverage for your neighbourhood.

Do you deliver vegetables and fruits in Vile Parle?

Yes. Vile Parle is one of our core weekly delivery areas in Mumbai. Join free, order during the weekly window, and receive fresh vegetables and fruits at your home. We are steadily adding nearby suburbs — check your pincode on the contact page.

Can I pick up my order instead of home delivery?

Yes. At checkout choose Pickup at office. Collect on Sunday in the same 9–11 AM or 11–1 PM window. The ₹299 minimum still applies, online and cash at pickup are both available, and there is no delivery charge. Home delivery in Vile Parle continues as usual.
